Swedish Massage

1 1/2 Hours: $ 185

A series of light stroking motions, followed by deeper movements designed to reduce tension, improve circulation, relieve swelling, and decrease muscular soreness. Leaving you relaxed.

Pregnancy Massage   

1 Hour: $ 150
1 1/2 Hours: $ 185

The overall goals for pregnancy massage are to help minimize stress, promote relaxation, and prepare the muscles for child birth. In addition, there are specific techniques and movements which are designed to help relieve particular conditions. Great for relief of lower back pain, swelling of hands & feet , headaches, calf cramps , insomnia, sciatic pain and sinus congestion.

Sports Massage   

1 Hour: $ 150
 1 1/2 Hours: $ 185

A deep tissue massage that is ideal before or after a long workout or sport competition. Excellent way to speed up the recovery process from an injury or to decrease muscular soreness.

Myofascial Release 

1 Hour: $ 150
1 1/2 Hours: $ 185

Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique involving the application of stretches and pressure to the fascia and muscles. It relieves tension and pain by releasing and lengthening the fascia, which allows muscles to return to their correct position, length and function.

Reflexology

1 Hour: $ 150 

Reflexology - is much more than a foot massage. For either preventive care or in response to physical or emotional distress. Reflexology has its origins in ancient Asian Massage. Reflex points correspond to various organs and structures of the body. We have over 7,000 nerve endings on the soles of our feet, making them quite sensitive and responsive to the sensory input of Reflexology. A Reflexologist through his or her skilled touch uses techniques that will break up crystal-like deposits around the reflex points. This promotes optimal organ function, relaxation of the body and state of well being.
